For Late/Onsite registration rates we can only accept American Express, Visa or Master Card onsite. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the congress. Cash and Cheques will NOT be accepted onsite.

By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Congress Organizer may be required and your information will remain confidential.

The Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the Congress. In addition, the Meeting Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.

Registration cancellations received in writing to HUPO 2023 Congress Secretariat’s address by August 4, 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 4, 2023 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
